Shipping and Returns Policy  

Upon the receipt of the scooter orders, our team ships the products within 2 business days via UPS Ground. We cater to expedited shipping needs. Kindly reach out to us so we can arrange any additional shipping fees. The items may arrive at the delivery address within 7-10 business days from the original date of shipment.

We only ship products within the continental US. For any shipping needs to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, additional shipping costs will be applied.

Additional shipping costs may be implemented in other delivery locations. Note that we do not deliver to P.O Boxes. For any international quote needs, please reach out to our shipping department.

International Orders  

We do not ship items to international delivery locations. We humbly apologize if this results in any inconvenience.

Return Policy

For any need to return items that you purchased from our brand online, you may return them within 30 business days from the day you officially purchased them. However, you have to note the following considerations:

  • The item must maintain its unused and new condition.
  • You will only be credited for the purchased item. We will not credit the shipping cost once the products are returned successfully.
  • Customers who fail to maintain the new condition of the items will not be legible for refunds.
  • Any concerns about manufacturer defect/s will be handled by our customer service. Kindly prepare the necessary set of information and documentation depending on the alleged defect.
  • Once the product return has been successful, you have to cover the restocking fee that costs $15.00. This amount will be deducted from the official refundable amount.

Return Claim Procedure

To return purchased item from Forcescooters, kindly observe the following:

  • Contact us and please tell us your return claim. Upon the receipt of your claim, our team will verify if it is legible for return or refund. Please give us two business days as we process any updates.
  • If the claim for return is valid and approved, kindly pack the product in proper packaging. Kindly make sure that the packaging helps maintain the utmost safety of the item. Then ship it using a traceable source like Federal Express and UPS. We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged products during shipping.
  • Our team will reach out to you after we receive the returned item. We will then inform you on updated about your claim.
